that was posted here, on the artofstrength forum.
I made some personal modifications to what they posted and here's what I did:
all with a 20kg bell.
10 (5L+5R) TGUs
15 Pullups (10 and 5)
25 (13L+12R) front squats
25 1H swings (left hand)
25 (13L +23R) bent over rows
25 (13L +23R) snatches
25 figure-8 holds.
25 Military Presses (MP's) switching every 3 reps
25 1H swings (right hand)
25 (13L +23R) cleans
25 (13L +23R) snatches
10 (5L+5R) windmills (with free hand folded behind back, giving an extra deep rang of motion)
15 burpees (squat thrust with full explosive jump from the squated position)
This workout kicked my ass, and it took me roughly 24 minutes, not counting 5 minutes where I had to transit my whole ship to report to someone, going down 3 flights of stairs and jogging the length of a football field, then back again. I guess you could call that active rest, but I'm going to formulate another comparable 300 rep workout using some more pullups and maybe jerks?
Despite my original plans to do a consistent 3 day cycle, I've decided to get creative with my workouts, throwing in my own mixes of AOS sets, and these 300 workouts people post. I think i'll just throw in creative stuff here and there, and use my original routine when I'm not feeling like creating a new workout.
