My blog has moved to Strength-Space.com!

It's been many years since I posted here, and while this blog represents a large part of my own fitness journey, I have moved on in a lot of ways about my thinking.

I still believe that strength, effort, and intensity are the most important variables in any training program. I have gravitated increasingly towards machines with limited freeweights. And, I still do intervals, now on my new CAR.O.L. bike. 

My life in the world of fitness is now centered around the private, supervised resistance training studio I opened with my business partner in 2018. After getting my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017, I felt something was missing in the rehab-cycle once a person was done with physical therapy. Opening our studio, StrengthSpace, was in part my effort to give former patients a safe place to continue growing their strength over time. It has been a really exciting journey to grow this business, and I'm excited for what the future holds.
