have left me feeling awesome.
Last night was the third time I ran my circuit routine I've been using. This time I made some slight changes . . . focusing a little more on 1 legged deadlifts for 10 reps per leg instead of just 5. I was also able to do 4 reps per arm in each set of sots presses, by keeping my whole body tensed. Additionally, I felt that I got a great burn by keeping my whole body extremely taught during my pullups. I focus on lowering myself slowly to full deadhang, and contracting as hard as I can while maintaining a rigid torsoe.
Today I'm going to get in some light swings and snatches. From now on I plan on maintaining a routine of 3 intense days per week and whenever I can, filling in the spaces with light workouts instead of days off. These light workouts will probably entail swings and snatches and figure-8 holds, or a calisthenics routine. Just enough to get the blood flowing at a comfortable pace. This is advice and wisdom I have gleaned from Pavel's ETK and Power to the People books. I think it's good advice.
We'll see.
