Today my ship pulled in . . . no time nor motivation to bell. Yesterday, however, I took pavel's advice and made it a light day instead of an off day.
I just did the following.
1Arm swings (20+20)
Snatches (20+20)
Figure 8-holds (20+20)
windmills (10+10)
Clean & Press Ladders (5-1 + 5-1)
TGU -> Windmill -> 1 legged MP -> getup situp complex (2+2)
It was a nice lite routine to get my blood flowing and keep the metabolism from stagnating. I just did whatever felt good for around 25 minutes.
I need to rehab my left shoulder a bit. I was feeling the remains of an old tweak towards the end of my C&P ladder. Heatpads and stretching will hopefully get me where I need to be.
